“Marhba Marhba, Zartna El Baraka” – Welcome!

To properly receive our guests in the Moroccan way, we dress the receiving rooms with fresh and fancy furniture covers, shine the chandeliers & silver trays, perfume the house with burned Sandalwood and hold “mrishat” – sterling silver fragrance shakers filled with rose water in our hands, to perfume the guests’ hands as they walk in. Once the guests are in the house, we greet them with fresh milk, flavored with orange flower water and a plate of Majdoul dates.

Since your visit is “virtual”, please accept my Moroccan Traditional Recipes as my way of welcoming you into my website. I hope you try them and share your feedback with everyone on my Blog page.
