Navel Orange salad

It has always bugged me that salads look beautiful, but they don’t necessarily smell good. For that reason, I have chosen to use different spices and dressings for my salads. I can promise you one thing, my salad recipes are so fragrant, you will experience a real “culinary aromatherapy” when you prepare them, and you are sure to receive many compliments from your guests.



Serves 4

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes


4 Navel Oranges

4 Tbsp. Goat cheese (80-90g)

1 Tsp. Ground clove buds

4 Tsp. Natural honey

4 Tsp. Orange blossom water (optional)

Fresh basil leaves (optional)



Peel the oranges with a knife and slice them into ¼” rounds. Place them on the serving plate(s) and drizzle with orange blossom water.

Break the goat cheese into small pieces over the oranges.

Sprinkle with ground clove buds, drizzle with honey and garnish with basil leaves
