Fruits and Nuts Salad

I am providing only the idea and the ingredients for this salad. Because tastes are always different, and a salad is a very flexible dish that can be personalized in so many ways; I am leaving it to you, to decide how much of each ingredient you feel comfortable with eating or serving.

Preparation time: 5- 10 minutes

Salad Ingredients:

Baby arugula leaves

Seedless black or red grapes, divided

Pecans halves

Yellow cherry tomatoes, divided

Goat cheese

Celery hearts chopped

Shredded carrots

Dressing ingredients:

Olive oil

Wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Ground mustard seeds (twice the amount used of black pepper)


Toss the arugula leaves with the divided tomatoes, divided grapes, chopped celery hearts, goat cheese pecan halves and shredded carrots, all together.

In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard seed powder together.

Drizzle over the salad with the dressing immediately before serving.
