Preparation time: 10 minutes
1 can (400g) cooked fava beans
2 Garlic cloves shredded (8g)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Teaspoon paprika
1 Teaspoon cumin
1 Teaspoon hot sauce
¼ Teaspoon salt
On medium heat, brown the shredded garlic in the olive oil for 1 minute, add the beans, paprika, cumin and salt. Cook for 4 minutes stirring continually.
Transfer the beans to a food processor, add hot sauce and puree everything.
Sprinkle with a pinch of cumin powder and serve with tortilla ships of warm pita bread wedges.
